1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.ravemomlife.com (the “Site”) and any affiliated websites, social media pages, or services operated by RaveLife, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, doing business as RAVE MOM (“RAVE MOM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

You represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction),

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and

  • You are using the Site for lawful, personal purposes.

2. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Our Services

RAVE MOM currently offers:

  • Physical merchandise

  • Digital content

  • Promotional campaigns and brand experiences

  • Occasional giveaways and sweepstakes (see Section 8)

At this time, we do not operate user accounts, paid memberships, or subscription programs. Any future offerings may be subject to additional terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Site Content

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, trademarks, and other materials (collectively, “Materials”) — is owned by or licensed to RaveLife, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any Materials without prior written permission

  • Use the Materials for AI training, scraping, or data mining

  • Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in any manner that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harmful

  • Introduces malware, spyware, or malicious code

  • Attempts to interfere with Site functionality or security

  • Scrapes, crawls, or automates access without permission

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.

6. Purchases, Billing & Payments

a. Merchandise Sales

All merchandise purchases are one-time transactions. Ownership of physical goods transfers to you upon shipment.

b. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Shopify Payments and Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

c. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

d. Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final, unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to deny refunds and to suspend service if a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

8. Giveaways & Promotions

From time to time, RAVE MOM may offer giveaways, contests, or promotional campaigns.

  • No purchase will be required unless expressly stated

  • Each promotion will be governed by its own official rules

  • Void where prohibited by law

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway at any time.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaveLife, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The amount you paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the claim, or

  • $100 USD

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RaveLife, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

13. Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and transactional notices. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.

14. General Provisions

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RAVE MOM

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect

  • Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right

  • No partnership, agency, or joint venture is created by these Terms
