1. Sponsor & Overview

RaveLife, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, doing business as RAVE MOM (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is the owner and operator of www.ravemomlife.com and affiliated websites, social media pages, and promotions (collectively, the “Site”).

From time to time, Sponsor may offer sweepstakes, giveaways, or promotional contests (each, a “Promotion”) for marketing and brand engagement purposes. These Giveaway & Promotion Rules (“Rules”) apply to all Promotions unless a specific Promotion states otherwise.

By participating in any Promotion, you agree to these Rules and our Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Sponsor does not offer or promote gambling, betting, or games of chance for money.

3. Eligibility

Promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Sponsor

• Are not prohibited by law from participating

Promotions are void where prohibited. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure participation is legal in their jurisdiction.

4. Promotional Period

Each Promotion will have a designated start and end date and time (“Promotional Period”), which will be disclosed on the Site or in associated promotional materials. Sponsor’s systems serve as the official timekeeping device.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Promotion at any time due to fraud, technical failures, administrative errors, or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

5. How to Enter

Entry methods will be disclosed for each Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, participants may enter using one of the following methods:

a. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE – Email)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to:

Your email must include:

• Your full legal name and phone number

• Your address, city and state of residence

• A brief statement indicating you wish to receive a free entry into the RAVE MOM Promotion

Example statement:

“I wish to receive a free entry into the RAVE MOM giveaway. I have read and agree to the Giveaway & Promotion Rules and Terms of Service.”

Limit one (1) AMOE email entry per person per Promotion, unless otherwise stated. Emails must be received before the Promotion ends to be eligible.

b. Promotional Engagement Entries (If Offered)

Some Promotions may allow entries for specific actions such as:

• Following or engaging with RAVE MOM on social media

• Signing up for emails or completing a form

• Other clearly described promotional actions

All available entry methods, limits, and conditions will be disclosed for each Promotion.

6. Prizes & Odds

• All prizes will have a total approximate retail value (ARV) under $2,000

• Prizes may include merchandise, store credit, experiences, or cash (where permitted by law)

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random after the Promotional Period ends. Winners will be notified via email or direct message.

To claim a prize, winners may be required to:

• Verify identity, age (18+) and eligibility

• Complete and return required documentation within the stated timeframe

Failure to respond or comply may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with receiving or using a prize.

9. Fair Play & Conduct

Participants may not:

• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts

• Submit false, misleading, or duplicate information

• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the Promotion

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or acts in an unfair or disruptive manner.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

Promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated.

12. Release & Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless RaveLife, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in a Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or unauthorized human intervention.

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s liability is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.

13. Communications

By entering a Promotion, you consent to receive emails related to the Promotion. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
